By using Brink Nano Protections LLC services, accessing our website, or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or provide your information.

Service Agreement

By requesting services or information from Brink Nano Protections LLC, you enter into an agreement for professional roof, concrete, or wood protection services in the Gulf Coast Mississippi area.

Service Scope

• FREE drone inspections are non-obligatory assessments with no purchase requirement
• Drone inspections provide visual assessment only and are not structural engineering reports
• Service quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue
• Actual service recommendations depend on property condition assessment
• Weather conditions may delay scheduled services - we will notify you of any changes
• Service area limited to approximately 30-mile radius from Gulfport, MS
• We reserve the right to decline service if property conditions are unsuitable for nano coating application

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number through our contact forms, websites, or verbally, you consent to receive text messages from Brink Nano Protections LLC regarding your service requests and appointments.

SMS Consent & Communications

• Voluntary Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and not a condition of purchasing our services. Phone number is optional on our contact forms.
• Message Types: You may receive appointment confirmations, inspection scheduling updates, quote delivery notifications, project status updates, and service-related communications.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active projects. You may receive approximately 3-10 messages per project during active service periods.

Opt-Out & Support

• No Liability for Delays: We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your mobile carrier, network issues, or service disruptions beyond our control.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes
• SMS communications are subject to our Privacy Policy
• By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have authorization to receive messages at the provided number

Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions
• We will send appointment confirmations via your preferred method (call, text, or email)
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or emergency situations
• Missed appointments without notice may result in rescheduling fees for future services

Warranties & Guarantees

General warranty coverage includes:

• Warranty typically covers 10-15 years under optimal conditions
• Specific warranty terms will be provided in your written service contract

• Some environmental conditions and pre-existing damage may affect warranty coverage

Limitation of Liability

While our nano coating technology is designed to extend the life of roofs, concrete, and wood surfaces, results may vary based on:

• Existing condition of the surface before treatment
• Age and structural integrity of the substrate
• Environmental factors including weather, UV exposure, and coastal conditions
• Proper maintenance and care after application

Nano coating extends surface life and provides protection but does not guarantee against all types of damage, natural disasters, structural failures, or acts of God. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered after application begins.

Property Access & Safety

• You grant us permission to access your property for inspections and service delivery
• You are responsible for ensuring pets are secured during our visit
• You must disclose any known hazards on the property (electrical, structural, etc.)
• We maintain general liability insurance for work performed

Payment Terms

• FREE drone inspection quotes provided at no charge with no obligation
• Service quotes include itemized breakdown of materials and labor
• Payment due upon service completion unless other arrangements are made in advance
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Credit Cards [PENDING: Confirm all accepted methods with Ben]
• Financing options may be available for qualified customers - inquire for details
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by Mississippi law

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Service cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: May incur scheduling fee
• Work in progress: Refunds calculated based on percentage of work completed
• Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered

Intellectual Property

All drone inspection photos, videos, and reports created during our service remain the property of Brink Nano Protections LLC. You are granted a license to use these materials for personal property management purposes. We may use anonymized photos/videos for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration or small claims court as appropriate
• Governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi

Service Area

We primarily serve the Mississippi Gulf Coast region including Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Long Beach, Pass Christian, D'Iberville, and surrounding areas within approximately 30 miles of Gulfport, MS. Service availability outside this area is at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or text message to active customers.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
